California consumers can request that Jagex Limited (“Jagex”) not sell their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”).
To request that Jagex does not sell your personal information according to the CCPA, please provide us with the following information and check the submit box below. Any personal information submitted in connection with your request will be used solely to comply with your request. All requests to opt out of the sale of personal information must be made using this online form. Validation of California residency will be required.
Jagex may require proof of authorization when a California consumer uses an authorized agent to exercise rights under the CCPA.
Jagex Privacy Principles, which guide our responsible data practices, give you choices about how your information is used and shared. CCPA adds to those choices. Specifically, the law allows California residents to:

The CCPA is a data protection law that provides California residents with certain choices about their data, including the ability to tell companies not to “sell” their personal information.

The full report may take up to 45 days to complete, depending in part on how complex the request is.

Consumers can request to have their personal information deleted, and businesses must comply with their requests. Under the CCPA, personal information includes information such as name, postal address, email address, account name, social security number, driver’s license number, passport number, or other similar identifiers. We’ll keep the data needed to comply with legal and financial reporting obligations.
Data deletion requests can take up to 45 days to complete depending on complexity.
